The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Erramu to strike the kick off in the second half. Hector Perpinya got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Franco in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Tono prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Salto AFC were the better team. Salto AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
