Spectators: 7206 (Terracing: 5406, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Virreyes FC's Rogelio Florian started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Rogelio Florian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Firme took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Miliano. Cristian Miliano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rogelio Florian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Virreyes FC booed when Club Atlético Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Efraim didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Domingos Burni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Burni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Miliano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Terciero in the 25th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Americo Terciero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Miliano. Virreyes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Terciero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 35th minute, Ezequiel Efraim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Rogelio Florian fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 41 minutes into the game, Edgard Firme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cristian Miliano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Celestino Egoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Florian in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Celestino Astudillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Virreyes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Córdoba were winning 0-3.

If Celestino Astudillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Virreyes FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roque Casomiro was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atlético Córdoba's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Club Atlético Córdoba's Ezequiel Efraim getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 65 played minutes Virreyes FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Gutxi. Domingos Burni got in the 67th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Cristian Miliano handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Rogelio Florian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Egoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Ramond in the 75th minute of the match. Cristian Miliano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Terciero in the 78th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Damian Ramond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Virreyes FC and the Club Atlético Córdoba players grew even worse after the yellow card. The long shot by Roque Casomiro in the 89th minute really tested Cristian Miliano's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cristian Miliano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Terciero in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Americo Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Miliano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, Edgard Firme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Córdoba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Virreyes FC the free kick. Edgard Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The Club Atlético Córdoba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
