In the 15th minute, Tomas Amaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godfredo Mendez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jaime Lizer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Elija's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Nunez Iratze got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Zacarias Ikatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nunez Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to AZ Alkmaar getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Sixto Fertus hit a great ball. Tomas Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Mendez having to interfere. Tomas Amaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Pansi FC booed when AZ Alkmaar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Fertus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Pansi FC's Tomás Montez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The wind increased when Israel Ubendu made the kick off in the second half. Jaime Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Segio in the 51st minute of the match. If Tomas Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Godfredo Mendez managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Pansi FC's Tomas Amaya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rogelio Hever charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogelio Hever the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogelio Hever hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. AZ Alkmaar's Godfredo Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Ubendu in the 81st minute of play. Israel Ubendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Mendez having to interfere. A collision led to AZ Alkmaar getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sixto Fertus hit a great ball. Godfredo Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Pansi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AZ Alkmaar.
