Ovidio Blasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Ipar's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Ovidio Blasco came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing club FC's Edgardo Oier. But to his dismay, Edgardo Oier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Ipar in the 9th minute of play forced Shaw's goalkeeper Ovidio Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, Racing club FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Tabor to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Itzaina having to interfere. In the 17th minute Ubaldo Birila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Itzaina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Ipar in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Leandro Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Blasco made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Edgardo Oier sent off a good shot on target. Ubaldo Birila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Itzaina having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Racing club FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Birila came free, but Camilo Itzaina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Agustin Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing club FC and the Shaw players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Racing club FC got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Joanes. Edgardo Oier succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Aquiles Ipar struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ovidio Blasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing club FC. Ubaldo Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Blasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Ipar's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Aquiles Ipar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Blasco having to interfere. Camilo Itzaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Birila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidro Bilintx was the one to do the kick off. Ubaldo Birila in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Camilo Itzaina, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ubaldo Birila might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Itzaina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Birila ran back to his position shaking his head. Aquiles Ipar struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Ovidio Blasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing club FC. In the 65th minute, Osvaldo Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Julio Pirmin in the 71st minute really tested Camilo Itzaina's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 76th play minute Ubaldo Birila came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Camilo Itzaina. 2-1. In the 81stth minute of the game Isidro Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing club FC's Camilo Itzaina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shaw's Ovidio Blasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Oier in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Guillen during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Inocencio Guillen kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ubaldo Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Camilo Itzaina made a huge save. In the 91st minute Aquiles Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Blasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing club FC's Benigno Unai couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Shaw. Ovidio Blasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Oier, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Juan Blasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Shaw players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing club FC.
