In the 6th minute Higinio Azubeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Sustrai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes Escobar got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Madaleno. Higinio Azubeli struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Robustiano Sustrai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Darthes FC. Lucio Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Escobar getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Serafin Madaleno hit a great ball. After 20 minutes Escobar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Higinio Azubeli who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Celso Solustiano advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Escobar's zone, Higinio Azubeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Sustrai came out of the goal and Higinio Azubeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Escobar's Robustiano Sustrai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Azubeli in the 27th minute of play. When Serafin Madaleno fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escobar's protests and gave Serafin Madaleno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Escobar getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Serafin Madaleno hit a great ball. Bonifacio Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Oroitz in the 32nd minute of play. Higinio Azubeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bonifacio Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Oroitz in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Higinio Azubeli fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Robustiano Sustrai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nereo Gombal in the 45th minute. When Lucas Peter fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escobar's protests and gave Lucas Peter a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Escobar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Peter to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Robustiano Sustrai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Azubeli's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After 76 minutes of play, Darthes FC's Nereo Gombal made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robustiano Sustrai was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute, Serafin Madaleno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 minutes Escobar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Higinio Azubeli who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Darthes FC's Higinio Azubeli to fire away a dangerous shot which Robustiano Sustrai despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nereo Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Escobar's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Gombal came free, but Robustiano Sustrai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Azubeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Sustrai having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Darthes FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
