When Isidoro Sotero fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belvedere Liverpool FC's protests and gave Isidoro Sotero a yellow card for diving instead. Isidoro Sotero hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Fidel Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fidel Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Belvedere Liverpool FC's zone, Jorge Rivas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Primeiro came out of the goal and Jorge Rivas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Belvedere Liverpool FC's Fidel Frascuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Vaquerita VIVE booed when Belvedere Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Conrado Lazcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Belvedere Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Isidoro Sotero hit a great ball. Jorge Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fabio Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Everardo Quiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Fidel Pabla made a huge save. After having played for 46 minutes, Fidel Frascuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belvedere Liverpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Frascuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Rivas in the 48th minute of play forced Belvedere Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Fabio Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

2-0 became the score in the 52nd minute when Fidel Frascuelo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cristo Ranolfo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Fidel Pabla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belvedere Liverpool FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Ranolfo in the 59th minute of play forced Vaquerita VIVE's goalkeeper Fidel Pabla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 played minutes Belvedere Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Pedroso. 67 minutes into the match, Conrado Lazcano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Primeiro. Belvedere Liverpool FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conrado Lazcano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 72 minutes into the game, Rosendo Ignatius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belvedere Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vaquerita VIVE the free kick. Fabio Primeiro made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Conrado Lazcano sent off a good shot on target. Conrado Lazcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Primeiro having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Jorge Rivas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Silvestre Venceslas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jorge Rivas came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Vaquerita VIVE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Rivas couldn't finish the play. Conrado Lazcano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fabio Primeiro made a huge save. If Jorge Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
