In the 12th minute, Bartolo Normando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Lalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Atletico Baba's Bartolo Normando in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrialito FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Normando in the 17th minute of play forced Barrialito FC's goalkeeper Alejo Niva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Presebal's late challenge caught a Atletico Baba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Presebal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute of the match Herminio Asier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejo Niva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Bartolo Normando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Atletico Baba getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bartolo Normando hit a great ball. Bartolo Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bartolo Normando, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 42 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alejo Niva was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Bartolo Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Baba's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Normando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Niva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Normando in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Niva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Normando was the one to do the kick off. Alejo Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Lalla in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Natalio Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrialito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Caetano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eriberto Clemencin fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Baba's protests and gave Eriberto Clemencin a yellow card for diving instead. Eriberto Clemencin hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Bartolo Normando took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejo Niva. Alejo Niva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bartolo Normando struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Alejo Niva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Baba. After a rather tough play, Barrialito FC's Christian Presebal got a free kick in the 70th minute. Bartolo Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejo Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Normando in the 77th minute of the match. Carlos Lalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Niva having to interfere. Alejo Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Normando in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barrialito FC's Claudio Sidro got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Carlos Lalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Atletico Baba players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
