Godofredo Gonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Lalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atletico Baba's Bartolo Normando got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Serafo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Godofredo Gonzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Serafo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Hermengildo Tab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Lalla struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Godofredo Gonzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Baba. Hernan Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Galsino having to interfere. If Eriberto Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernan Naelio was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Indacumpl defense, Carlos Lalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godofredo Gonzo. The Indacumpl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godofredo Gonzo should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the game, Robustiano Serafo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Godofredo Gonzo. Robustiano Serafo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Isaias Pinto placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After some careless play in the Atletico Baba defense, Hernan Naelio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cirilo Galsino. The Atletico Baba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cirilo Galsino should have stopped the shot. Eriberto Clemencin took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Gonzo. Godofredo Gonzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Indacumpl's Godofredo Gonzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Serafo in the 76th minute of play. Godofredo Gonzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Serafo in the 78th minute of play. Hernan Naelio struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cirilo Galsino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indacumpl. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Naelio in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Galsino saved Atletico Baba from getting behind. After 88 minutes of play Atletico Baba's Elpidio Abecia was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atletico Baba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Indacumpl. Isaias Pinto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cirilo Galsino. 2-4. Indacumpl's Godofredo Gonzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Indacumpl from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Carlos Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Baba's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Lalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Gonzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Lalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godofredo Gonzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 100th minute of play. Robustiano Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Godofredo Gonzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atletico Baba's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
