Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clodoveo Lauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonia Sioen having to interfere. If Tomas Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Locaio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Nuxila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Caraza's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Dalmai came free, but Jose Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nemesio Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caraza's Tomas Naldo got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Tomas Naldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caraza's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Naldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonia Sioen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the match, Tomas Naldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonia Sioen. LS Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Naldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jose Nuxila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Locaio in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Lauro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Antonia Sioen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 46 minutes into the match, Nemesio Dalmai dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Nuxila, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Naldo was the one to do the kick off. Clodoveo Lauro hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Caraza's Jose Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Dalmai in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Tomas Naldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caraza's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Naldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonia Sioen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute Nemesio Dalmai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Nuxila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Nemesio Dalmai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of LS Football Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Caraza:s goal. The goalkeeper, Antonia Sioen, was totally fooled by Caraza's Anacleto Jokin, who 97 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The LS Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caraza's performance. The match ended with a win for Caraza.
