Spectators: 7197 (Terracing: 5399, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Confesor got the match started through his kick off. Nemesio Gaskon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Weterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Obano was a little too slow when Augusto Confesor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. 6 minutes into the game, Filomeno Jayvier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lacarra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gowland the free kick. A collision led to Lacarra getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Filomeno Jayvier hit a great ball. Aristides Obano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Confesor in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Gowland's goalkeeper Aristides Obano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Muno. Ramon Muno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Obano having to make a save. Godofredo Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Teobaldo Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gowland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Escobar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Escobar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nemesio Gaskon. Lacarra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teobaldo Escobar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Nereo Servando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nemesio Gaskon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gowland's Teobaldo Escobar got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute Nereo Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Augusto Confesor fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aristides Obano, passed just outside the right post. Ramon Muno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gowland's Federico Llorenc couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lacarra.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Servando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nereo Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nereo Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Confesor struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Aristides Obano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lacarra. If Ramon Muno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Lacarra defense, Nereo Servando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nemesio Gaskon. The Lacarra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nemesio Gaskon should have stopped the shot. After 78 minutes of play, Lacarra's Augusto Confesor made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aristides Obano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ramon Muno came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Lacarra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Muno couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Lacarra's goalkeeper Nemesio Gaskon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Escobar. Teobaldo Escobar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Nemesio Gaskon made a huge save. The Gowland players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
