Javier Olando's late challenge caught a Balderramas 99's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Olando helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Balderramas 99 booed when Urizar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Urizar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Resto to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Gabriel Resto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urizar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balderramas 99 the free kick. After 19 played minutes Urizar got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Resto. With an all-out effort, Urizar's Ovidio Johans threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fidel Bixintxo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 37 minutes, Enrique Mazuste mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urizar and the Balderramas 99 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Urizar's Enrique Mazuste got a free kick in the 37th minute. Balderramas 99's Rigoberto Dimas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Urizar. After some careless play in the Balderramas 99 defense, Fidel Bixintxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidio Johans. The Balderramas 99 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidio Johans should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Joaquin Tabby made the kick off in the second half. Balderramas 99's Ovidio Johans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Evangelista in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Balderramas 99 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cesar Sotero hit a great ball. When Iker Panfilo came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Balderramas 99 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Panfilo couldn't finish the play. If Horacio Evangelista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Gorbea hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ovidio Johans didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Urizar's Horacio Evangelista shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 91 played minutes, Balderramas 99's Ambrosio Merexildo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernabe Gregory came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Balderramas 99 reached it. When Honorio Gorri fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urizar's protests and gave Honorio Gorri a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Urizar got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Gorri. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Urizar's goalkeeper Bernabe Gregory, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Balderramas 99 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Urizar.
