Arenales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lord of the Clans the free kick. The supporters of Lord of the Clans booed when Arenales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Guido Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, Guido Nalo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anier Gerazan. The goal made the score 1-0. Florentino Raitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Gerazan having to interfere. If Arsenio Fidele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenio Fidele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lord of the Clans's Felipe Edur got a free kick in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Fidele in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Abaunza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anier Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Raitin in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Arenales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Dubardo to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Arenales's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Raitin came free, but Anier Gerazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Arenales getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Francisco Dubardo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Arenales's Anier Gerazan got control of the ball when Guido Nalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 minutes, Francisco Dubardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arenales and the Lord of the Clans players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Arenales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Dubardo to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Raitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Arenales's goalkeeper Anier Gerazan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Nalo. In the 48th minute Florentino Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Gerazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Gabino to strike the kick off in the second half. Lord of the Clans's Florentino Raitin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anier Gerazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Arenales's zone, Florentino Raitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Gerazan came out of the goal and Florentino Raitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anier Gerazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Lord of the Clans's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Gabino came free, but Jacinto Abaunza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Lord of the Clans's Jacinto Abaunza got control of the ball when Arsenio Fidele tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Raitin in the 81st minute of play forced Arenales's goalkeeper Anier Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Florentino Raitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lord of the Clans's Jacinto Abaunza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Gabino in the 94th minute of play. Lord of the Clans's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
