Córdoba's Leon Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Martxot in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Chucho during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 20 minutes into the match, MARADROGA FC's Hilario Opilano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Córdoba's Honorio Guillerme got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tobias Guillelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Severiano Opilano charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Opilano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes MARADROGA FC got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Opilano. Leon Vermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Martxot in the 42nd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Tobias Guillelme made the kick off in the second half. Leon Vermudo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Martxot in the 54th minute. Tobias Guillelme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Leon Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Cordearo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Vermudo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Constantino Firmin. Melchor Eneas's late challenge caught a Córdoba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Eneas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to MARADROGA FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Melchor Eneas hit a great ball. Teobaldo Martxots short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Leon Vermudo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leon Vermudo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Tobias Guillelme might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Vermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Guillelme ran back to his position shaking his head. MARADROGA FC's Oscar Lertxun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Cordearo in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Martxot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MARADROGA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Córdoba the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Onofre in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Lertxun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ivan Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Maureo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Leon Vermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Guillelme in the 96th minute of play. Oscar Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Onofre in the 97th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
