Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Joel Monico made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes, Achupallas AFC's Salvador Gorri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zeledon Telo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Achupallas AFC reached it. If Mario Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Telo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bruno Ermano. Mario Sustrai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Telo having to interfere. Zeledon Telo was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Timoteo Claus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Timoteo Claus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Resistencia's Zeledon Telo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Resistencia from getting a goal against them. Zeledon Telo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Sustrai's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Zeledon Telo was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Ulises Normando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulises Normando really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Mario Sustrai took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Telo. Zeledon Telo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Mario Sustrai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Telo having to make a save. After having played for 44 minutes, Placido Ladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Achupallas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Ladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mario Sustrai was the one to do the kick off. Ulises Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Narciso Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Mario Sustrai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achupallas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Sustrai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Telo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Resistencia's Edelmiro Belmiro got a free kick in the 57th minute. Achupallas AFC were furious when Placido Ladio was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 60 played minutes Achupallas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Ladio. After a defensive mix-up in Achupallas AFC's zone, Hugo Orlanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Porfirio came out of the goal and Hugo Orlanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timoteo Claus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Salvador Cordaro could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Ambrosio Porfirio however easily saved by the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Damaso Jayvier dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ambrosio Porfirio, 3-1. Achupallas AFC's Timoteo Claus got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Sustrai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Telo having to interfere.
