Francisco Florinio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diego Cordarryl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Victorio Peli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores del Valhalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Peli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Walme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th match minute, TwoPamelaHappy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Aznar to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Venancio Cugat lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Francisco Florinio. If Feliciano Illan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TwoPamelaHappy FC's Venancio Cugat got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliciano Illan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores del Valhalla's zone, Diego Cordarryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Florinio came out of the goal and Diego Cordarryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Cugat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Florinio having to interfere. Evelio Uxio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Walme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Venancio Cugat might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Florinio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Venancio Cugat ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 56th match minute, TwoPamelaHappy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Veremundo to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Claudio Veremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Cugat in the 59th minute of play forced Defensores del Valhalla's goalkeeper Francisco Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TwoPamelaHappy FC were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Defensores del Valhalla's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roque Roldan took the corner. The corner ended in Roque Roldan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Defensores del Valhalla's Francisco Florinio did a great save. Venancio Cugat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Ilixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Florinio having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Valhalla's goalkeeper Francisco Florinio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Rosendo Platon in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TwoPamelaHappy FC's Benito Aznar. Francisco Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Benito Aznar came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the TwoPamelaHappy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Aznar couldn't finish the play.
