Anselmo Herrera scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Fagondo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Iturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Nerio having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Zenteno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Furman came free, but Marciano Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Fagondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Gimenez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Nerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jonathan Gimenez took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Fagondo. Emilio Fagondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Marciano Nerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Elija in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Fagondo prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Rolando Iturri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tipas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Iturri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Nerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd match minute, Tipas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. If Jonathan Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute, Ariel Elija reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emilio Fagondo. The goal made the score 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Furman in the 72nd minute of play forced Zenteno FC's goalkeeper Marciano Nerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zenteno FC's goalkeeper Marciano Nerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Zenteno FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tipas FC throughout the match.
