Alonzo Belo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ariel Elija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hilario Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Romildo, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Zenteno FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kitty Club the free kick. The supporters of Kitty Club booed when Zenteno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Remigio Domeka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zenteno FC's Marciano Nerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Domeka in the 30th minute of play. Jonathan Gimenez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Frisco having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Gimenez got free with Hilario Frisco in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kitty Club's Hilario Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Elija in the 40th minute of play. Jonathan Gimenez took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilario Frisco. Hilario Frisco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ariel Elija to make the kick off. Remigio Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Marciano Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Herrera hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Marciano Nerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Domeka in the 59th minute. Denis Quexal charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Quexal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zenteno FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Denis Quexal hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Venancio Librado rounded Zenteno FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Remigio Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Marciano Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Venancio Librado notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Zenteno FC's Marciano Nerio. Marciano Nerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute Ariel Elija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Remigio Domeka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Anselmo Herrera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. When Remigio Domeka came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kitty Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Domeka couldn't finish the play. Venancio Librado hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Jonathan Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kitty Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kitty Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
