An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Cordeal in the 3rd minute of play forced Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Jeraldo took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Ihazintu. Sebastian Ihazintu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sebastian Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Cordeal in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Godfredo Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Cordeal in the 12th minute of play forced Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Flavio Solustiano sped through Serranos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastian Ihazintu. Sebastian Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Che in the 23rd minute of play forced Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Braulio Ursino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eulalio Inge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Ursino in the 28th minute. Teodosio Llorienzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Eulalio Inge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serranos FC's Sebastian Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Cruz in the 41st minute of play. If Jonatan Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Jeraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Serranos FC's Sebastian Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Jeraldo in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Serranos FC booed when Futbol Club Rio Cuarto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Ganix didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club Rio Cuarto's Ismael Jeraldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Ihazintu. That made the score 1-3 after 69 minutes of play. In the 74th minute, Ismael Jeraldo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sebastian Ihazintu. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 78th minute Braulio Ursino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Inge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Sayvion kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Serranos FC's Marco Gotzon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Cruz. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club Rio Cuarto's Ismael Jeraldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Ihazintu. That made the score 1-5 after 88 minutes of play. After 92 played minutes Serranos FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Bertin. Anibal Frans took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Ihazintu. Serranos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 96th minute of the match, Jonatan Cordeal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Ihazintu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Futbol Club Rio Cuarto played a much better game than Serranos FC and deserved their victory. The Serranos FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
