The supporters of PumaTeam booed when Mogotes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Transito didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Arnulfo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PumaTeam's Arnulfo Petrigai got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnulfo Petrigai in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Basilio Sol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 27 played minutes Mogotes got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Chorache. In the 28th minute, Anier Piarres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 31 minutes, Arnulfo Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PumaTeam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Petrigai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnulfo Petrigai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnulfo Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Basilio Sol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute of the match, Arnulfo Petrigai got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basilio Sol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arnulfo Petrigai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Basilio Sol made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alfonso Resto kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Basilio Sol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Beremundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Arnulfo Petrigai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Sol. Mogotes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnulfo Petrigai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 72nd minute, Arnulfo Petrigai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mogotes's goalkeeper Basilio Sol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Basilio Abeijon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PumaTeam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mogotes the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basilio Lehoi during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Basilio Sol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Petrigai, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Arnulfo Beremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Sol having to interfere. Arnulfo Petrigai took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Sol. Basilio Sol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Basilio Sol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Petrigai in the 92nd minute of the match. If Arnulfo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PumaTeam fully deserved thier win.
