After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Julio Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALTE BROWN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Richie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Ihazintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in ALTE BROWN FC's zone, Braulio Ursino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Txartiko came out of the goal and Braulio Ursino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Braulio Ursino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fermin Txartiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Ihazintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Braulio Ursino made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Pasqual in the 52nd minute of play forced Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Hugo Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, ALTE BROWN FC's Victorio Amaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Ihazintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serranos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodosio Llorienzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
