Sebastian Ihazintu had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Feliberto Aztore's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Feliberto Aztore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sebastian Ihazintu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hugo Bertin charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Bertin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Guampacha booed when Serranos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Ihazintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Buinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Serranos FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Hugo Bertin hit a great ball. Sebastian Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Giro in the 16th minute of play. If Teodosio Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Carolo Buinton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sebastian Ihazintu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Buinton in the 30th minute of the match. Feliciano Quintyn scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Ihazintu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Buinton in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Guampacha getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Serafino Hegoi hit a great ball. Sebastian Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Quintyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Teodosio Llorienzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Haimar having to interfere. After the first half Guampacha were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Buinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Teodosio Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guampacha's goalkeeper Bonifacio Haimar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodosio Llorienzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Camilo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Hugo Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes, Guampacha's Feliberto Aztore shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guampacha reached it. In the 81st minute Carolo Buinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Buinton in the 83rd minute of play forced Serranos FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Luix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Sebastian Ihazintu made a huge save. The supporters of Serranos FC booed when Guampacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Giro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
