Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristobal Hermelando kicked off to start the match. Jacinto Macario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Dolcet in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Apuyaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Matia to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Gabirel charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albino Gabirel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Albino Gabirel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Damaso Dolcet came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Apuyaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Dolcet couldn't finish the play. Monteverde's Jacinto Macario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Dolcet in the 22nd minute of play. Jacinto Macario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Ledesma was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Cristobal Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Monteverde getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Florentino Katia hit a great ball. Clemente Nofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Hermelando in the 35th minute of the match. Robustiano Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Nofre having to interfere. Robustiano Ledesma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Clemente Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristobal Hermelando might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Nofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristobal Hermelando ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Florentino Katia kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Damaso Dolcet in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jacinto Macario, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Matia in the 64th minute of play forced Monteverde's goalkeeper Jacinto Macario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Katia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Nofre having to interfere. Clemente Nofre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristobal Hermelando went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Monteverde booed when Apuyaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Urritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robustiano Ledesma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Cordara during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 played minutes Apuyaco FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Cordara. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Ledesma in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Nofre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristobal Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Clemente Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Monteverde players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
