The supporters of River Plate booed when Humaitá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Froilan Ongile notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Humaitá's Remigio Kepa.
