Angel Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Saturnino Marcones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the last second Saturnino Marcones throw himself and got hold of the ball when Angel Raymundo in the 25thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Angel Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Saturnino Marcones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Quilino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Raymundo in the 32nd minute of play forced Cyanide FC's goalkeeper Saturnino Marcones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes, Nemesio Sadurni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Humaitá and the Cyanide FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Nemesio Sadurni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes Humaitá got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Kepa. After recieving a nice pass, Cyanide FC's Rolando Enaut tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sebastian Onofre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cyanide FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Onofre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceferino Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anastasio Atarrabi to make the kick off. Saturnino Marcones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes, Hugo Palben mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cyanide FC and the Humaitá players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Humaitá got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Rainerio. Anastasio Atarrabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remigio Kepa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Remigio Kepa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 64th match minute, Humaitá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Sadurni to maneuver through the defense. When Abelardo Euloxu fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Humaitá's protests and gave Abelardo Euloxu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cyanide FC booed when Humaitá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Euloxu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
