Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sixto Guillem took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tadeo Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Venceslao having to interfere. Amador Venceslao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Guillem, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Tobar's Amador Venceslao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Tobar from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes Corona Central got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Jerico. After 13 minutes, Lucas Jerico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corona Central and the Tobar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Corona Central's zone, Prudencio Vargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Hanot came out of the goal and Prudencio Vargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prudencio Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Hanot having to interfere. When Federico Matro fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tobar's protests and gave Federico Matro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Tobar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Matro to maneuver through the defense. Sixto Guillem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tadeo Juvenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Guillem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amador Venceslao having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Guillem in the 30th minute of play forced Tobar's goalkeeper Amador Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobar's Prudencio Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Corona Central's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Lorien came free, but Gervasio Hanot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Lorien in the 42nd minute of play. If Prudencio Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Venceslao having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Lorien to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Prudencio Vargas could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Gervasio Hanot however easily saved by the left post. Prudencio Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gervasio Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Amador Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Guillem in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Corona Central's Tadeo Juvenal got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 74th minute, Sixto Guillem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Venceslao was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Tadeo Juvenal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corona Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Juvenal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Venceslao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gervasio Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Amador Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Juvenal in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Prudencio Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Hanot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 88th minute, Tadeo Juvenal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corona Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Guillem in the 94th minute of play forced Tobar's goalkeeper Amador Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corona Central's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
