Junín AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Henric was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Maureo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guillermo Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Lia having to interfere. Oscar Tono charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Tono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Schiffner got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Ermano. After 90 minutes, Filomeno Azubeli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Junín AFC and the Schiffner players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filomeno Azubeli kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Junín AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Lia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute of the match Fabio Reno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celedonio Lia skillfully saved the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
