Generoso Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Pepe Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Fiz in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Gaitan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Narciso Fiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was a brilliant solo performance by 0 DESCENSOS's Victoriano Eder when he shot the ball into the net to 1-1 in the 41st minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Narciso Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pepe Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Rio in the 60th minute of play. Abelardo Bordat took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pepe Santoro. Pepe Santoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After some careless play in the 0 DESCENSOS defense, Abelardo Bordat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pepe Santoro. The 0 DESCENSOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pepe Santoro should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Narciso Fiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgard Gaitan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Edgard Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Fiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 83 minutes, Narciso Fiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 0 DESCENSOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Fiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Guido Urki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Octavio Rio managed to get in a good position for a shot. San La Muerte's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Rio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pepe Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over San La Muerte could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 0 DESCENSOS throughout the match.
