The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnoldo Garoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Martino in the 4th minute. In the 4th match minute, Anarchy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ledesma to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Garoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Peruanton in the 9th minute of play. When Laboulaye's Haroldo Peruanton in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Santiago Ubarna put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cipriano Danel. Luciano Martino struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Arnoldo Garoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laboulaye. The supporters of Anarchy booed when Laboulaye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Mel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Garoa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Arnoldo Garoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Peruanton in the 38th minute of play. Laboulaye's Haroldo Peruanton got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haroldo Peruanton to make the kick off. Arnoldo Garoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haroldo Peruanton's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Luciano Martino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Garoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Soter during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Laboulaye booed when Anarchy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Haroldo Peruanton came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Laboulaye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Peruanton couldn't finish the play. After 62 minutes, Haroldo Peruanton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laboulaye and the Anarchy players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Laboulaye's Cipriano Danel got control of the ball when Marco Ledesma tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Luciano Martino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arnoldo Garoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luciano Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Sebastian Hustaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anarchy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laboulaye the free kick. A collision led to Anarchy getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sebastian Hustaz hit a great ball. Luciano Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Arnoldo Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anarchy's Arnoldo Garoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Peruanton in the 87th minute of play. Luciano Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laboulaye walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
