Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Danilo Beturian started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes of play, Chañar's Danilo Beturian made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Bieito was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Arrutó's zone, Eulalio Laurendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Bieito came out of the goal and Eulalio Laurendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernan Hermelando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Eulalio Laurendi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrutó's Marcelo Bieito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Arrutó's Remigio Brun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruperto Leizarraga. Ruperto Leizarraga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 32 minutes into the game, Chañar's Danilo Beturian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Bieito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Danilo Beturian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Bieito having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Chañar got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Obano. In the 44th minute, Chañar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Remigio Brun fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ubaldo Mantzio's late challenge caught a Arrutó's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Mantzio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Arrutó booed when Chañar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Mantzio didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Brun made a kick off. If Fernan Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chañar's goalkeeper Ruperto Leizarraga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Piarres charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Piarres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Lucas Piarres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Chañar's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Brun came free, but Ruperto Leizarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Beturian in the 63rd minute of play forced Arrutó's goalkeeper Marcelo Bieito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Beturian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Bieito having to make a save. Eulalio Laurendis short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Marcelo Bieito to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Chañar booed when Arrutó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Rudolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marcelo Bieito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Hermelando in the 83rd minute of play forced Chañar's goalkeeper Ruperto Leizarraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Leizarraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Hermelando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Remigio Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Danilo Beturian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd play minute Eulalio Laurendi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcelo Bieito. 2-3. In the 98th minute, Fernan Hermelando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arrutó fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The Chañar players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Arrutó from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
