Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rogelio Valerio kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Bartolo Thomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romulo Loiola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in CSyD Charrillos's zone, Severino Bento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Bizen came out of the goal and Severino Bento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Valerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Lidberg having to interfere. With a little luck, CSyD Charrillos's Niceto Bizen got control of the ball when Severino Bento tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Inocencio Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CSyD Charrillos's Niceto Bizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Luzea in the 34th minute of play. Inocencio Maura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Smitten FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Loiola. Inocencio Maura struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Robert Lidberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSyD Charrillos. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norberto Luzea to make the kick off. Norberto Luzea took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Bizen. Niceto Bizen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 60th minute, Norberto Luzea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Norberto Luzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Bizen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Norberto Luzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Bizen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Luzea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSyD Charrillos's goalkeeper Niceto Bizen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Smitten FC's Severino Bento got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niceto Bizen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Luzea's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Aristides Criston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th minute Rogelio Valerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, CSyD Charrillos's Inocencio Maura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Lidberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a rather tough play, CSyD Charrillos's Vladimiro Naike got a free kick in the 81st minute. Niceto Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Luzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norberto Luzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Bizen having to interfere. Norberto Luzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Bizen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Luzea ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Smitten FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
