After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Melquiades Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Samoré's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Silbestre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augusto Silbestre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Ihintza in the 19th minute. When Desiderio Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Deportivo Samoré fans jumped to their feet. Elpidio Ihintza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Augusto Silbestre firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Deportivo Samoré booed when Lucyferianos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Ihintza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Ihintza ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Lucyferianos booed when Deportivo Samoré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Aznar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Lucyferianos got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Guter. After a defensive mix-up in Lucyferianos's zone, Patricio Ereinotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Silbestre came out of the goal and Patricio Ereinotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elpidio Ihintza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Silbestre having to make a save. Jimeno Arano's late challenge caught a Deportivo Samoré's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Arano helped the player get up and apologised. Jimeno Arano hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Augusto Silbestre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Ihintza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Melquiades Manex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Samoré fully deserved thier win.
