Saucecito AFC's Fidel Roderigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Urdaspal in the 20th minute of play. Fidel Roderigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Urdaspal in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Saucecito AFC's zone, Dante Artaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Roderigo came out of the goal and Dante Artaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Artaldo got free with Fidel Roderigo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fidel Roderigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Artaldo in the 56th minute. Osvaldo Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fidel Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Saucecito AFC's Fidel Roderigo got control of the ball when Osvaldo Gabirel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saucecito AFC were furious when Carolo Guerrero was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saucecito AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Córdoba AFC a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. Saucecito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Córdoba AFC the free kick. After 73 played minutes Saucecito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Poz. In the 79th match minute, Córdoba AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Fonso to maneuver through the defense. When Córdoba AFC's Patricio Urdaspal in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
