Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Fedele Pedroni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cristobal Munio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fedele Pedroni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Luisito Elixio fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copita FC's protests and gave Luisito Elixio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Copita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Elixio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Raimundo Natal managed to get in a good position for a shot. A Fire Inside's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Natal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fedele Pedroni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fedele Pedroni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Ado in the 31st minute of the match. Cristobal Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Pedroni having to interfere. With a little luck, Copita FC's Fedele Pedroni got control of the ball when Fulgencio Domenec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrique Austin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tristan Alsford's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Severiano Salvatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Ado to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Laureano Lazcano took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Enrique Austin to make any attempt to save it. In the 58th minute, one of A Fire Inside:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A Fire Inside. Laureano Lazcano shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in A Fire Inside's zone, Tristan Alsford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Austin came out of the goal and Tristan Alsford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Petrigai hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, A Fire Inside's goalkeeper Enrique Austin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Berart. When Tristan Alsford came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Copita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tristan Alsford couldn't finish the play. Enrique Austin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Lazcano in the 73rd minute. A Fire Inside's Ladislao Petrigai got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Ladislao Petrigai off the ground. A collision led to A Fire Inside getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ladislao Petrigai hit a great ball. Enrique Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Alsford in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Domenec notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Copita FC's Fedele Pedroni. Fedele Pedroni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tristan Alsford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Austin having to interfere. Copita FC played a much better game than A Fire Inside and deserved their victory. The A Fire Inside players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
