In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind A Fire Inside's goalkeeper Enrique Austin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in A Fire Inside's zone, Angelino Iban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Austin came out of the goal and Angelino Iban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes of play, El Gallito de Moron's Tadeo Rafel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Austin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romeo Lapurdi hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. With a little luck, El Gallito de Moron's Eusebio Ikatz got control of the ball when Fulgencio Domenec tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Gallito de Moron's Generoso Abajas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Enrique Austin but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Munio during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, El Gallito de Moron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Birila to maneuver through the defense.
