The referee ignored Martinco FC's protests and gave Vladimiro Naike a yellow card for diving instead. Gaspar Maidana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 9 minutes, Gaspar Maidana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Hudson City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Maidana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, one of Martinco FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave C.A.Hudson City a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Claudio Tome, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Martinco FC's Melchor Cordario. 0-1. Cristo Nuñez was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, one of C.A.Hudson City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A.Hudson City. Anacleto Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Eloy Tabb managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Hudson City's supporters rose to their feet, but Eloy Tabb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Cordario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Martinco FC's Ruben Policarpio got a free kick in the 46th minute. Claudio Tome took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melchor Cordario. Martinco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Lertxun made the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Maidana struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Melchor Cordario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Hudson City. 58 minutes into the match, Jonatan Cresconio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melchor Cordario, 1-2. In the 71st minute, Ambrosio Deunoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Anacleto Bartolome ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Pelayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Anacleto Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Anacleto Bartolome notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of C.A.Hudson City's Gervasio Pelayo. Gervasio Pelayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 90 minutes, Eloy Tabb mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Hudson City and the Martinco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eloy Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Gervasio Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Lertxun in the 91st minute of play. Gervasio Pelayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Bartolome in the 96th minute of the match. The Martinco FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
