The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gervasio Pelayo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gaspar Maidana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute, Damaso Michael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gervasio Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Roldanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Gaspar Maidana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Aquilino Cristofor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Cristofor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Michael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Michael was the one to do the kick off. Bartolo Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gervasio Pelayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Pelayo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Gervasio Pelayo came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Palavecino's Bartolo Santos. But to his dismay, Bartolo Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Jacindo got free with Gervasio Pelayo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaspar Maidana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Cristofor having to interfere. Rigoberto Jacindo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Bartolo Santos struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gervasio Pelayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palavecino. In the 87th match minute, C.A.Hudson City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Cresconio to maneuver through the defense. If Gaspar Maidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Damaso Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Cristofor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Palavecino had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
