In the 4th minute, Moises Turi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Osvaldo Rocendo. The goal made the score 1-0. Verónica's Eliseo Lapurdi got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Evaristo Olayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Dominix was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Moises Turi struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Osvaldo Rocendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verónica. Eliseo Lapurdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Osvaldo Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Soter kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Verónica's Maximino Dominix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Luix in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Apolo Eufrasio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moises Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Osvaldo Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Evaristo Olayo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Maximino Dominix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moises Turi to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Lapurdi struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Verónica's zone, Valentin Luix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Dominix came out of the goal and Valentin Luix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 54 played minutes Verónica got a freekick which was hit by Moises Turi. After 56 played minutes C.A.Tigre got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Bras. Valentin Luix struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Maximino Dominix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Tigre. Jose Soter charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Soter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute of the match Uriel Nesor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Rocendo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Olayo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Dominix was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The supporters of Verónica booed when C.A.Tigre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Rami didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Uriel Nesor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Rocendo skillfully saved the ball. C.A.Tigre's Jose Soter got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of C.A.Tigre were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Verónica side.
