Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) DeLaMumurra's Benigno Quilo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Candido Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Vito in the 3rd minute of play. DeLaMumurra's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Rene Vito scored to the left of an out of position Candido Tximitx, making the score, 1-0. A hard shot by Aaron Brun from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Candido Tximitx's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hector Caetano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Candido Tximitx made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Emilio Amor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Candido Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Vito in the 27th minute of the match. Arnoldo Ticho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Quilo's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Benigno Quilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Empomadores getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Benicio Conrao hit a great ball. Empomadores's Hector Caetano got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Benigno Quilo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DeLaMumurra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Quilo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Marcones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Ticho having to interfere. A collision led to Empomadores getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luisito Stephen hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rene Vito to strike the kick off in the second half. DeLaMumurra's Candido Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Stephen in the 53rd minute of play. After 57 played minutes DeLaMumurra got a freekick which was hit by Juan Giraldo. Empomadores were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after DeLaMumurra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dante Clementi took the corner. After taking down the ball on Empomadores's corner Dante Clementi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Candido Tximitx quite easily take care of the ball. Rene Vito scored 2-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Candido Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Empomadores's Hector Caetano got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rene Vito struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Candido Tximitx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Empomadores. 77 minutes into the match, DeLaMumurra's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Vito came free, but Candido Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Vito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DeLaMumurra getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Juan Giraldo hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Felix Marcones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Ticho was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Benigno Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Quilo in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Empomadores had won after a very even match.
