The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Higuerita's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Marcones came free, but Aurelio Fresco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, DeLaMumurra's Benigno Quilo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Fresco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Higuerita's zone, Felix Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Fresco came out of the goal and Felix Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Candido Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Felo in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Salvador Felo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of DeLaMumurra's Candido Tximitx. Candido Tximitx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Benigno Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benigno Quilo to make the kick off. When Damaso Orlanda came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Higuerita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Orlanda couldn't finish the play. If Salvador Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, DeLaMumurra's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Felo came free, but Candido Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Felo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Tximitx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Damaso Orlanda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salvador Felo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Candido Tximitx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuerita. Felix Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Quilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Fresco having to interfere. Damaso Orlanda struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Candido Tximitx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuerita. Aquiles Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Salvador Felo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Salvador Felo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Higuerita's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Felo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Candido Tximitx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higuerita's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
