Ceferino Darien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Severo Saturnin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ceferino Darien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corazuli AFC. Isaias Hermelando charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Hermelando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Caballeros de la Angustia's Isaias Hermelando got a free kick in the 25th minute. Luciano Sesuldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Victoriano Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Gines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Cornelio Madeo made a huge save. Ceferino Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Saturnin in the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Luciano Sesuldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corazuli AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Sesuldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Caballeros de la Angustia's Ceferino Darien got control of the ball when Severo Saturnin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
