Spectators: 7028 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1594, VIP seats: 30) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurelio Ekain took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Dep Táchira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Delfino came free, but Enzo Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Jesus Te Ama's goalkeeper Adolfo Piearres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Otsoa. 13 minutes into the game, Eloy Isaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dep Táchira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jesus Te Ama the free kick. After 13 played minutes Dep Táchira FC got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Isaio. Florentino Delfino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Tono having to interfere. A collision led to Dep Táchira FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Joel Lapurdi hit a great ball. The supporters of Dep Táchira FC booed when Jesus Te Ama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Birila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Pes made a great header on Dep Táchira FC's corner, it was just that Jesus Te Ama's Adolfo Piearres managed to reach the ball for a save. Enzo Tono showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Delfino in the 32nd minute of the match. Enzo Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Delfino in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dep Táchira FC's zone, Florentino Delfino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Tono came out of the goal and Florentino Delfino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Ekain in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Tono saved Dep Táchira FC from getting behind. Dep Táchira FC's Enzo Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Ekain in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Efrain Florian made a kick off. Honorio Rayman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Piearres having to make a save. Adolfo Piearres came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Dep Táchira FC's Efrain Florian. But to his dismay, Efrain Florian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jesus Te Ama's goalkeeper Adolfo Piearres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Jesus Te Ama got a freekick which was hit by Dario Birila. Alberto Otsoa struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Adolfo Piearres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dep Táchira FC. With an all-out effort, Jesus Te Ama's Enzo Tono threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aurelio Ekain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 72 minutes into the match, Aurelio Ekain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Enzo Tono, 1-1. 87 minutes into the match, Florentino Delfino notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Dep Táchira FC's Enzo Tono. Enzo Tono was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florentino Delfino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Enzo Tono made a huge save. Jesus Te Ama's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
