Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Haroldo Indartsu started the match with the kick off. Patente Pendiente's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Javier Umea scored to the left of an out of position Leonides Ostargi, making the score, 1-0. Arturo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Oto, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th match minute, Ledesma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nemesio Vela to maneuver through the defense. Ledesma FC's Arturo Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Oto in the 15th minute of play. Anibal Sabin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Leonides Ostargi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Melchor Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melchor Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19th play minutes Javier Umea shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Leonides Ostargi and just under the crossbar into goal. Arturo Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haroldo Indartsu went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes in the game, Anibal Sabin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leonides Ostargi having to interfere. In the 35th minute Gustavo Oto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Victorio Quintin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Umea in the 39th minute of play forced Patente Pendiente's goalkeeper Leonides Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisito Joseph hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Haroldo Indartsu struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Arturo Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patente Pendiente. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Javier Umea made a kick off. If Haroldo Indartsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Haroldo Indartsu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Patente Pendiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Indartsu couldn't finish the play. Anibal Sabin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Leonides Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anibal Sabin struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Leonides Ostargi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ledesma FC. Angelo Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Damaso Platon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonides Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Umea in the 71st minute of play. Arturo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Quintin, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Haroldo Indartsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Neto having to interfere. When Gustavo Oto came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Patente Pendiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Oto couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Melchor Olo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Luisito Joseph shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Ostargi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Gustavo Oto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonides Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Sabin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Indartsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Arturo Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ledesma FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
