After 45 minutes of play, Unión Pocilguense's Nestor Bertol made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuel Pes was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Veronica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Cataclismo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Pes should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Unión Pocilguense booed when Cataclismo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Luis Aznar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Pes was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Emanuel Pes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Veronica in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Nestor Bertol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Pes. Cataclismo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Bertol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. In the 75th minute Renatas Paškauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Pes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unión Pocilguense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
