The supporters of Pajalta booed when Pilar Gunners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Santos Eder came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Pajalta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Eder couldn't finish the play. Pilar Gunners's Jonatan Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Eder in the 19th minute of play. Jonatan Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Agustin Obano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arnulfo Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Pajalta's Cipriano Distiratsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Belmiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pilar Gunners's Americo Ipar got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Santos Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Obano scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnulfo Kimetz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ariel Clementi took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulfo Kimetz. Arnulfo Kimetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With his leg Arnulfo Kimetz managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Pilar Gunners's Ariel Clementi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Pilar Gunners getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Agustin Obano hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Cipriano Distiratsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pajalta's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Distiratsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. If Cipriano Distiratsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Arnulfo Kimetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Obano in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Obano in the 89th minute of play forced Pajalta's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kimetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Gaskon during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santos Eder took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Belmiro. Jonatan Belmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Pajalta played a much better game than Pilar Gunners and deserved their victory. The Pilar Gunners players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
