In the 20th minute, Banderaló FC's Paolo Perrando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hilario Ereinotz. Hilario Ereinotz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Vermudo during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bartolo FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dionisio Vermudo hit a great ball. Genaro Oroitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Robustiano Deunoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Deunoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Matro in the 41st minute of play. Paolo Perrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Ereinotz having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 55 played minutes Bartolo FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Cucao. In the 58th minute, Isaac Panfilo made a precise shot to the right of Hilario Ereinotz. Bartolo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benicio Matro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robustiano Deunoro saved Banderaló FC from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaac Panfilo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Ereinotz saved Bartolo FC from getting behind. Uriel Quico, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Genaro Oroitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Robustiano Deunoro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 86 minutes into the game, Javier Ulizes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bartolo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Banderaló FC the free kick. After some careless play in the Bartolo FC defense, Paolo Perrando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Ereinotz. The Bartolo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Ereinotz should have stopped the shot.
