Elpidio Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 played minutes BULL DOG got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Castulo. If Filiberto Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of BULL DOG booed when Manantiales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiburcio Aragones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiburcio Aragones in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Nerio saved BULL DOG from getting behind. Manantiales were furious when Lisandro Cordaro was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Manantiales:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BULL DOG:s goal. The referee gave BULL DOG a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isidro Heli, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Manantiales's Daniel Manuelo. 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, BULL DOG's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Aragones came free, but Elpidio Nerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Baleren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Nerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Tiburcio Aragones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Manantiales booed when BULL DOG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Castulo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Platon to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Ariel Baleren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elpidio Nerio. That made the score 1-1 in the 53 minute of play. After some careless play in the BULL DOG defense, Tiburcio Aragones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Nerio. The BULL DOG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Nerio should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Valentine in the 59th minute of play forced BULL DOG's goalkeeper Elpidio Nerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, BULL DOG's Elpidio Nerio got control of the ball when Tiburcio Aragones tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Aragones made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 68thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Elpidio Nerio would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Rodrigo Platon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Manuelo having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match, Tiburcio Aragones got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elpidio Nerio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tiburcio Aragones who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Elpidio Nerio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luis Tonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiburcio Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Elpidio Nerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Rodrigo Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot. BULL DOG's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Platon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Manuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Manantiales could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BULL DOG throughout the match.
