After 2 played minutes Lobos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Urre. After 6 played minutes Lobos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Soin. After 6 played minutes, Diegoleadores FC's Eustacio Isadore shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Martin Eriz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Diegoleadores FC reached it. In the 16th minute Samuel Dubardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lobos AFC booed when Diegoleadores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Calisto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Samuel Dubardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diegoleadores FC's Mauro Raphael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Diegoleadores FC defense, Ruperto Lluterio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Raphael. The Diegoleadores FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Raphael should have stopped the shot. After 26 played minutes Diegoleadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Isadore. After 27 minutes of play, Lobos AFC's Haroldo Garin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Raphael was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Raphael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Dubardo in the 33rd minute of play. Lobos AFC's Martin Eriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Ferrer in the 38th minute of play. Mauro Raphael didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruperto Lluterio went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Samuel Dubardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Mauro Raphael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Lluterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 60 played minutes Haroldo Garin rounded Diegoleadores FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. After 64 minutes, Carlos Ferrer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diegoleadores FC and the Lobos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Diegoleadores FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Carlos Ferrer hit a great ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Samuel Dubardo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mauro Raphael was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 67 minutes into the match, Diegoleadores FC's goalkeeper Mauro Raphael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuel Dubardo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Dubardo got free with Mauro Raphael in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ruperto Lluterio took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Mauro Raphael to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Timo in the 78th minute of play forced Lobos AFC's goalkeeper Martin Eriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Guaberto Goiz came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Diegoleadores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Goiz couldn't finish the play. Ruperto Lluterio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauro Raphael came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruperto Lluterio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 84th minute. After 89 played minutes Ruperto Lluterio rounded Diegoleadores FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. With a little luck, Diegoleadores FC's Mauro Raphael got control of the ball when Samuel Dubardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Lobos AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lobos AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
