Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Timo in the 3rd minute of play forced Palavicini's goalkeeper Edgard Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Abechuco came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Diegoleadores FC's Carlos Ferrer. But to his dismay, Carlos Ferrer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Palavicini's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Ferrer came free, but Edgard Abechuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niceto Errolan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauro Raphael came out and tried to block the shot, but Niceto Errolan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 19th minute. Eloy Atarratze kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Mauro Raphael came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Palavicini's Apolo Tohias. But to his dismay, Apolo Tohias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Carlos Ferrer put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Edgard Abechuco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Telmo in the 35th minute of play forced Diegoleadores FC's goalkeeper Mauro Raphael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Telmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Mauro Raphael made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Atarratze in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Raphael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 47 minutes on the clock, Ruperto Berart commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 46th minute, one of Palavicini:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Palavicini. In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Diegoleadores FC. Christian Isaio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edgard Abechuco. 4-3. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-3 at half-time.

Edgard Abechuco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melquiades Timo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. 74 minutes into the match, Melquiades Timo notched a goal, 4-5, to the right of Palavicini's Edgard Abechuco. Edgard Abechuco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgard Abechuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ferrer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diegoleadores FC's Mauro Raphael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Quinto in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Niceto Errolan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Raphael was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-5. Diegoleadores FC's Mauro Raphael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Guerrero in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Diegoleadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Quinto came free, but Mauro Raphael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diegoleadores FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Quinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-5. After having played for 99 minutes, Osvaldo Quinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palavicini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Quinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
