Jeremias Gaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Ilixo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Candido Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Perdido AFC's zone, Jeremias Gaur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Telmo came out of the goal and Jeremias Gaur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Tabaquillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Jon came free, but Cecilio Koldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tabaquillo FC's Cecilio Gonzales got a free kick in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siro Jon in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cecilio Koldo saved Tabaquillo FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tabaquillo FC's Atilano Chesus got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Tabaquillo FC's Cecilio Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Jon in the 43rd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Tabaquillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Cordeiro. Fulgencio Lordi took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Koldo. Cecilio Koldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 82nd minute of the match, Candido Joachim tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Miguel Telmo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Igor Bizi hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes, Fulgencio Lordi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perdido AFC and the Tabaquillo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Candido Joachim struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Miguel Telmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabaquillo FC. Perdido AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
