Tócota's Faustino Cuarto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Monico in the 3rd minute of play. Basilio Theodore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Cuarto having to interfere. If Bruno Gartzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Jeraldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Mikelar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Jeraldo ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Tócota booed when Spacta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Orkatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Mikelar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Jeraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Basilio Theodore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Cuarto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Mikelar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Jeraldo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Tócota's Raimundo Jeraldo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Spacta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Romildo to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Bruno Gartzi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Spacta FC's Adolfo Mikelar. Adolfo Mikelar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Venancio Chan fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spacta FC's protests and gave Venancio Chan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Spacta FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Venancio Chan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Spacta FC's zone, Bruno Gartzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Mikelar came out of the goal and Bruno Gartzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spacta FC's Adolfo Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Jeraldo in the 42nd minute of play. Faustino Cuarto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Theodore in the 49th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basilio Theodore was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Jeraldo in the 53rd minute of play forced Spacta FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Mikelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Gartzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Mikelar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Raimundo Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Laffitte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Adolfo Mikelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Jeraldo in the 70th minute of play. Vicente Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vicente Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Basilio Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Faustino Cuarto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Spacta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Laffitte came free, but Adolfo Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Julio Elizardo fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tócota's protests and gave Julio Elizardo a yellow card for diving instead. Julio Elizardo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Basilio Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Faustino Cuarto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nunez Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tócota fans cheered their team off the field, for while Spacta FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
